Cancellation and Payment Policy

An invoice for payment will be emailed to you when you schedule your consultation. Please submit your payment a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or the appointment will need to be canceled and rescheduled. Since your appointments involve the reservation of time specifically for you and your dog(s), and out of respect for your behavior consultant and our other clients, we appreciate more than 24-hour notice when possible, as we can then make that time available to other clients. Therefore, if you should know that you will not be able to attend the session, PLEASE, PLEASE email, or text so that we have time to fill your slot and can put another client in your space that may need it as soon as possible. When a session is canceled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with an emergency.  I will honor your time by giving you as much advance notice as possible if an unforeseen event like dangerous weather, emergency, or illness results in needing to reschedule your appointment as well.   At this time there is no fee to cancel or reschedule.
